IFA Berlin is Europe's largest consumer-electronics and home-appliances trade show, with roots stretching back to 1924. Held each September at Messe Berlin, it gathers more than a thousand brands from around fifty countries and draws hundreds of thousands of retailers, buyers, media and tech enthusiasts to see the year's new devices first.

What are the opening hours?

The trade lounge opens at 08:00 and the grounds at 09:30; the show runs private Friday 12:00–18:00 and open Saturday–Tuesday 10:00–18:00.

Can children attend?

Up to three under-16s are admitted free per paying adult.

Is the venue accessible?

Messe Berlin is fully accessible, and one companion ticket is provided free of charge.

When does the event app launch?

Early August for trade visitors, and late August for the public.
